Circle Health Group is seeking an experienced Critical Care Sister/Charge Nurse to join our dynamic team in the hospital ITU department.
This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours a week across flexible shift patterns, offering a great work-life balance.
- Proven track record of professional development, both clinically and managerially, with certification RN and valid NMC Registration.
- Expertise in acute nursing care, with a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies, with a deep understanding of NMC Code of Accountability.
- Experience working in an acute healthcare sector in a Senior Registered Nurse post or equivalent, with a strong leadership presence.
- Responsibilities include day-to-day management of the Hospital Ward and its staff, providing clinical leadership and driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
- Conduct yourself professionally within the standard and framework provided by the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
