Main Responsibilities- Process and issue blood donations to hospitals, working closely with supervisors and team members.
- Support and train less experienced staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform precise and repetitive manipulation of equipment and blood samples/donations, adhering to strict procedures.
- Handle blood bags and equipment, working in a regulated environment.
- Work variable hours, including weekends and bank holidays, as per the roster.

Requirements- A Level or NVQ Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, or extensive experience in a logistics/supply chain environment.
- Minimum of GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualification.
- Willingness to undertake further training and development.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or laboratory environment, or working with Information Technology, such as Microsoft Office.
