Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our award-winning Communications and Engagement Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of high-quality digital projects and marketing campaigns that drive real behaviour change and service growth.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the management of digital projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering specialized digital products and services, fostering innovation and creativity.
- Manage full project lifecycles, from audience identification and demographic profiling to the delivery and evaluation of campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Proven experience in digital project and campaign management, including planning, execution, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including website management, SEO, content management, and user experience mapping.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team while managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships with partners, clients, and colleagues.
Our Communications and Engagement Team is part of a unique collaboration between NHS Arden & GEM CSU and NHS Midlands and Lancashire CSU. As such, you will be working amongst the best of the NHS' communications and engagement professionals, providing support and leading on projects for our many, varied clients across the country.
