Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer BrandingWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving headcount growth through effective employer branding, talent attraction, and applicant selection.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy to create a strong and consistent identity for Verrus Internal.
- Identify, engage with, and attract potential new employees through employment websites, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Prepare for and attend careers fairs and graduate events to convey Verrus Internal's employer brand and develop a sustainable pipeline of potential future hires.
- Work with senior management to create engaging content that drives talent attraction, including video, images, articles, banners, questionnaires, polls, flyers, and thought leadership pieces.
- Assess suitable candidates via telephone calls, video meetings, and in-person interviews to evaluate suitability.
- Develop and maintain a talent pathway framework to drive retention and internal career progression of new hires and existing staff.
- Celebrate employee success stories to support employer brand and document company social events, reward trips, sporting, and/or charity events.
- Monitor and report on social media engagement measurables and competitor activity.
- A minimum bachelor's degree qualification, ideally in a business, HR, or marketing discipline.
- Proven recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or marketing experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong creative flair and a bold approach to defining and communicating what sets Verrus Internal apart as a business and as an employer.
- First-class business acumen and commercial aptitude.
- Previous experience of working with LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Outstanding writing, spelling, and grammatical abilities.
- Personal synergy with Verrus Internal's core values of honesty, integrity, hard work, transparency, tenacity, added value, and quality.
- Experience of working in a small to medium-sized enterprise, understanding a continuously evolving and agile business model.
- Some graphic design ability (Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe etc) and/or experience of video/multimedia content creation.
- An eye for detail, design, and aesthetics.
