Business Development Trainee

Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of our utility sector, working closely with customers to provide tailored solutions and drive business growth.
- Support daily sales operations, assisting the team with planning and executing promotional events, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into successful sales.
- Participate in leadership training, developing skills in team management, sales strategy, and business development, with direct mentorship from senior team members.
- Work towards sales targets, achieving and exceeding individual and team goals while learning how to motivate others to perform at their best.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships, following up on leads and ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the services they've chosen.
- Assist in recruiting and training new team members, helping to build and shape the future sales force.
