We're Fitness First, and we're searching for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Member Experience Manager.

Your Impact

  • You'll play a vital role in shaping the member journey within our fitness community.
  • Focus on retaining our valued members by providing them with an outstanding welcome and onboarding experience.
  • Take ownership of feedback, compliments, and concerns, ensuring they are addressed effectively and escalated when necessary.
  • Lead by example, embodying our core values in your interactions and inspiring your team to do the same.
  • Your commitment to exceptional service will encourage new members to join our club, and you'll coach and develop other team members to deliver the same high standard of care.

What We Look For

  • A genuine passion for fitness and a knack for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure a consistent and positive fitness experience throughout the member journey.
  • The ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Ideally, you'll have or be working towards a relevant fitness qualification.
