We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assessment, formulation, and treatment of our residents. Your work will be integral to helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes to address or reduce the negative impact of our residents' presentations. You will also be expected to evaluate the effectiveness of these programmes and direct and support others to carry out evidence-based psychological interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive assessment and formulation of patients' presentations and treatment needs
- Developing and delivering evidence-based individual and group treatment programmes
- Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment programmes
- Directing and supporting others to carry out evidence-based psychological interventions
- Maintaining CPD of an HCPC Registered Practitioner Clinical Psychologist

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a Clinical Psychologist with current HCPC registration and experience in neuropsychology and/or behavioural interventions. You will have a strong understanding of evidence-based psychological interventions and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of need.
