Job SummaryThe successful candidate will play a key role in delivering tailored, slow-stream rehabilitation programs that prioritize the individual needs of residents in our brand-new, 15-bed neurorehabilitation service located near Bromley.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and protection of residents, upholding their human rights at all times.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical formulations to identify patient needs and develop effective rehabilitation plans.
- Deliver tailored rehabilitation programs that prioritize the individual needs of residents, promoting their recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist who can demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. The ideal candidate will have:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Experience working with young people and adults with neurological, mental health needs, and learning disabilities.
- Strong assessment and formulation skills, with the ability to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including:
- A salary of £28,153 per annum (pro rata) or £56,306 per annum (full-time equivalent).
- A part-time contract with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible days and times to be agreed.
