Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the complex needs of our residents.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including individual and group therapy, to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of empathy and understanding.
