Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the complex needs of our residents.
- Provide evidence-based individual and group treatment programs to promote rehabilitation and recovery.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, visitors, and carers.
