Job Title: Field Support Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT team as a Field Support Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users across various sites.

You will be based at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon, but most of your time will be spent visiting our 50 remote sites to provide on-site support.

The working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software.
  • Initial diagnosis and resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Collaboration with other IT Field Engineers on infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Mac OSx/iOS, Android, and PC/Laptop hardware.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with users of varying technical abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment.
