This is an exciting opportunity to join our IT department as a Trainee IT Field Engineer. Based at our Head Office in Stratford upon Avon, you will be responsible for providing field-based support to our users across the country.

As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with other IT Field Engineers on infrastructure projects, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include preparation, installation, and support of hardware, as well as installation of licensed software.

You will also be responsible for providing initial diagnosis and resolving of a variety of IT related issues, working alongside other team members to ensure seamless support to our users.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical approach to problem solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a small team. If you have a good working knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Mac OSx/iOS, Android, PC & Laptop hardware, and computer networks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
