Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Specialist to join our team at Listers Group Limited. As a Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to IT infrastructure.
  • Collaboration with other IT teams on infrastructure projects.
  • Providing training and support to users on various technical topics.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and other Microsoft products.
  • Experience with Mac OSx, iOS, Android, and PC/Laptop hardware.
  • Understanding of computer networks and network protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
