Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Vehicle Motion Lead Engineer to lead and manage all activities related to software and calibration development for the chassis systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the team responsible for vehicle motion control, including suspension, steering, brakes, and powertrain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the team, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and identify and resolve any project-related issues and risks.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Excellent experience in project management, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of chassis systems, software development, and calibration processes, experience with project management tools and software, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
