Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients, taking into account their physiotherapy care, risks, and wellbeing.
- Provide clinical leadership and educational expertise to the Physiotherapy team to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss and agree on responsibilities for patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Physiotherapy services and policies.
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc Hons) or equivalent.
- At least 4 years' post-graduate clinical MSK experience.
- Experience in leading Physiotherapy teams and service development.
