We are seeking a forward-thinking People Operations Partner with a commercial outlook and key experience gained in a complex business. A solid generalist background with strong employee relations experience, excellent employment law knowledge, well-developed business and personal judgement skills, and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a People Operations Partner or Junior HR Business Partner looking to join an established and collaborative HR team, partnering with a key business division supporting them on a journey to re-align culture, winning hearts and minds along the way and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
