We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Manager to join our team at AMJ Recruitment in Coventry City Centre.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented individual who can identify new business opportunities, promote our services, and build strong relationships with clients in the Engineering sector. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and promoting our services
  • Identifying suitable candidates for current and prospective business
  • Interviewing and fully referencing checking candidates suitability for employment
  • Liaising with customers to arrange interviews and debriefing candidates and customers as and when required
  • Ensuring all administrative requirements are satisfied to ensure candidates are paid correctly and promptly, and customers are invoiced promptly and correctly
  • Canvassing current and potential customers to develop new business
  • Monitoring the timely placement of temporary and permanent staff and resolving any issues raised
  • Regularly visiting customers to develop a good working relationship and identify business opportunities
