About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Supervisor at our Liverpool Street Wellbeing Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Drive sales and company objectives, identifying opportunities to increase store footfall and revenue.
  • Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Support with stock management at the offsite stockroom, unloading deliveries, and sending stock to store.
  • Take full ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager's absence, making informed decisions to ensure continued success.
  • Lead by example, supporting your team with daily tasks and promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are upheld, maintaining a welcoming and engaging store environment.
  • Organize and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, working with partnering businesses to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Train current and new team members, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers, aligning with NEOM's values and mission.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year minimum experience in a Retail Supervisor role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
  • Experience in the Health & Beauty Industry, with a passion for wellbeing and a natural interest in health and wellness.
  • A love of customer service, with the ability to translate this into inspiring your colleagues and driving team success.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to maintain impeccable standards in store.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative and supportive team environment, with a positive energy that inspires others.
  • Alignment with NEOM's values, with a keen interest in wellbeing and a desire to contribute to the company's mission.
  • Have the desire and capability to coach and develop your team to reach their full potential, driving growth and success.
  • Be commercially driven, seeking constant brand opportunities to increase store footfall and revenue.
