We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our innovative nursing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to our neonatal patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver evidence-based care to neonatal patients, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in clinical supervision and peer review to maintain and improve clinical skills.
- Liaise with parents and carers to provide family-centred care and promote health education.
- Identify and manage infants requiring safeguarding assessment, working closely with social services and other agencies.
- Assist with the discharge/transfer process of infants to other care services, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families.
- NMC Registration.
- Recent neonatal intensive care experience is desirable.
