About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Chartwells. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and surrounding areas.
  • Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment in the kitchen.
  • Delivery and Supply: Assist with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Food Handling and Hygiene Standards: Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
  • Health and Safety: Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
