Key Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food that meets our clients' expectations, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use and maintenance of kitchen equipment, minimizing downtime and optimizing efficiency.
  • Delivery and Supply: Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles, ensuring timely receipt of goods.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Chartwells - Independent in a professional and positive manner, upholding our brand values and image.
  • Food Handling and Hygiene Standards: Comply with all relevant food handling and hygiene regulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
