Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Kitchen Team Member to join our team at The George, Rugby. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef with food preparation, stock taking, and food hygiene.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure the kitchen is in excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times.
  • Oversee deliveries and work with the team to achieve company targets.
  • Offer suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance.
