We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Registered Manager in our North West region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care practitioners to provide high-quality care and support to young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, and learning difficulties.
Our children's homes are homely residential care services that nurture young people in developing key life skills, enabling them to live within the community as independently as possible. You will work closely with our team to empower young people to achieve their goals, including supporting them in accessing therapy and education services.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for planning activities and creating life opportunities for every young person, taking into account each individual's needs. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of care practitioners, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to provide high-quality care and support.
