Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to support individuals with complex emotional needs.
- Work closely with the band 7 Senior Practitioner and the Team Manager to ensure the efficient running of the clinical team.
- Contribute to the development of interfaces with multiple services and stakeholders.
- Provide a consultative role in working with clients with CEN and support with interventions and signposting.
- Core Mental Health Profession registered with an appropriate professional body.
- Clinical/postgraduate management qualification or equivalent level of experience and proven ability to perform at this level.
- Postgraduate qualification that includes supervised and assessed psychotherapeutic training OR Formal training in DBT (to intensive/upgrade level) or MBT (basic and certificate training).
- Demonstrable experience of working with adults with mental health problems in a variety of community settings.
- Experience and skills in risk assessment and management.
- Experience of working with diverse communities.
- Measurable track record in involving and motivating staff to improve performance.
