Residential Conveyancing Specialist

A well-established and reputable law firm, Ashville Knight, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy property team in their office.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of residential property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages, and new build developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Draft and approve various legal documentation.
- Maintain the firm's case management system effectively.
- Ensure all post-completion formalities are dealt with.
- Conduct legal research where appropriate.
- Provide a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
- Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Fee-earning experience essential within Residential Property, at least 2 years PQE +.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Business development and networking skills.
What We Offer:
- A full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Salary according to experience, £40,000 to £60,000.
- 25 days annual leave plus normal Bank Holidays.
