As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of expenses and weekly pay runs. You will be responsible for managing email queries, manual payroll data input, and preparing and raising ad-hoc payments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of expenses and weekly pay runs
- Manage email queries and respond to employee inquiries
- Input manual payroll data, including maternity/paternity and court orders
- Prepare and raise ad-hoc payments as required
- Previous payroll experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel
