Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient well-being and be able to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine patient care tasks as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain and clean equipment in accordance with infection control policies and procedures
- Collect and process patient samples for laboratory analysis
- Assist with minor procedures and treatments under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals
- Record and transmit patient information accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Requirements:
- Good general education and relevant training or experience
- Previous experience in healthcare settings, preferably in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of infection control and health & safety procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
