Job SummaryWe are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team in Northamptonshire. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including personal care, medication management, and domestic support.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of their care plans.

- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a calm and compassionate individual with good listening skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
You will need to have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, as you will be required to travel to clients' homes as part of your role.
