About the Role

Creative Support Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wellingborough and the surrounding areas. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users in all aspects of everyday life
  • Support individuals to enjoy a wide range of activities in the community
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and mutually supportive team ethos
