Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient well-being and be able to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in routine patient care tasks as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain and clean equipment in accordance with infection control policies and procedures
  • Collect and process patient samples for laboratory analysis
  • Assist with minor procedures and treatments under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals
  • Record and transmit patient information accurately and securely
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

  • Good general education and relevant training or experience
  • Previous experience in healthcare settings, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of infection control and health & safety procedures, with a commitment to maintaining high standards
