Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Design, create, and implement Java-based applications focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Microservices Architecture: Develop and oversee microservices to improve modularity and adaptability within banking systems.
  • Spring Framework: Employ Spring Framework (including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud) to efficiently build and deploy applications.
  • Frontend Development: Craft user interfaces using Angular, ensuring smooth integration with backend services.
  • Banking Domain Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the banking industry to drive the development of compliant solutions.
  • Code Quality & Performance: Produce clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and optimize application performance while addressing issues proactively.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior developers, collaborate with various teams, and provide technical guidance on projects.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical challenges, offering support for applications in production.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the banking and financial services sector, integrating best practices into development workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Java development, with significant expertise in Spring Framework, Angular, and Microservices.
  • Proficient in Java (J2SE and J2EE) and related technologies.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Spring modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular for frontend development.
  • Proven experience with microservices architecture and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API development.
  • Deep understanding of banking systems, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.
