Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies. * Lead the development team in delivering features and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and technical teams, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions. * Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge. * Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry and apply this knowledge to improve our software solutions. Requirements: * Excellent Java development experience, with a strong understanding of Java, JEE, and related technologies. * Extensive knowledge of Spring Framework, REST, Unix scripting, JUnit, and Hibernate. * Experience with Agile/Scrum programming methodologies and software configuration management systems (Git/BitBucket). * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Ability to seek out information with little direction and apply critical thinking to solve complex problems.
