The RoleWe're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving growth and innovation. As a proactive, ambitious, and curious thinker, you'll be instrumental in helping us elevate giffgaff to new heights. Your ability to identify opportunities, think critically, and embrace new challenges will be invaluable in optimising our most valuable digital channels to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative digital campaigns across various channels, optimising our digital presence.
- Paid Media: Oversee paid media channels, managing budgets, deploying media tactics, and adding business context to the outcomes media drives.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: The ability to analyse complex data sets, extract meaningful insights, and act on the insight.
- Adaptability & Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital landscapes, proactively identify and overcome challenges, embrace new technologies, and think critically to find innovative solutions.
- Reporting: Deliver tailored performance reports that clearly communicate key metrics, identify challenges and opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and get others onboard to move things forward.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with varied stakeholders across the giffgaff business to plan, develop, and deploy media, mentor junior giffgaffers, and take ownership and lead your own projects.
We're looking for the best and brightest go-getters to join the team and take giffgaff to the next level. We're seeking a few years of hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and affiliate marketing. This experience should demonstrate your ability to develop and execute effective campaigns, analyse campaign performance, and optimise for maximum business outcome.
