Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at NFON. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including account-based marketing, social media, search engine advertising, and media.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO:

  • Collaborate with our line manager to create and implement performance marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and achieve our business objectives.
  • Design, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns to maximize return on investment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to achieve the best results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of account-based marketing and search engine advertising.
Your Profile
  • Fluent English speaker with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing account-based marketing, social media, search engine advertising, and media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
  • Experience with budget management and achieving high ROI in marketing campaigns.
