Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies in collaboration with your line manager.
  • Create, monitor, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, testing new approaches, and refining strategies to achieve the best results.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent English speaker with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in managing account-based marketing, social media, SEA, and media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC principles.
  • Experience with budget management and achieving high ROI in marketing campaigns.
