Job Title: Head of Aftercare

Location: Aylesbury

Reports to: Operations Director

Accountable to: Board of Directors

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our aftercare department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including client liaison, product and service development, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Work with managers and team leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Client Liaison and Service Monitoring
  • Visit client sites regularly to ensure high-quality service delivery and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and expectations and ensure they are satisfied with the service.
  • Act promptly to resolve any service level issues that may arise.
Service Quotations
  • Prepare and submit quotations for new work in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Administration and Invoicing
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration of client information and invoicing.
  • Work with the finance team to improve administrative processes and reduce errors.
People
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Strategy and Direction
  • Work with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the department.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the aftercare business.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the department.
