Job Title: Account Manager

Join our team as an Account Manager and take on the challenge of driving sales growth in the North West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to convert accounts to the use of Masimo products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert accounts to the use of Masimo products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and hospital administrators to position Masimo's technology as the new standard of care in pulse-oximetry and other noninvasive blood parameters' monitoring systems.
  • Provide product demonstrations and negotiate sales with clinicians and hospital administrators.
  • Partner with distributors and OEM sales personnel to plan and execute sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to upper management and maintain thorough product knowledge.
  • Manage expense budget for all required activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or similar level of education.
  • Proven track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals.
  • Three or more years of Medical Device Sales experience, with a focus on Patient Monitoring systems.
  • Direct selling experience in high-competitive markets.
  • Experience calling on clinicians and hospital administrators.
  • Experience working with Distributors and OEM sales personnel.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
  • Fluent in English.
