Sales Development Representative

Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to promote our products and services, and build strong relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded by leveraging your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, participate in team meetings, and engage in sales training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls and sales, and note useful information in our database to inform future sales strategies.
- Sales or Customer Service Background: A background in sales or customer service is essential, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to resolve customer issues and drive sales growth.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using computer software like MS Office is required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £30,000 - OTE £60,000 - £70,000, depending on performance.
