Store Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive commercial success in our Hexham store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive store performance and growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to support their development.
  • Ensure the store is safe, legal, and operational, with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Manage and optimize store commercial performance, including recruitment and HR processes.
  • Analyse commercial information to inform business decisions and drive growth.
