Store Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at The Range. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy of company documentation and reconciliation of store revenues
- Manage trading standards compliance checks and store email system usage
- Oversee production of point of sale and price indicators, as well as booking on and off of incoming and outgoing stock
- Process damaged stock and issue and input stock inventory counts and inter-store transfers
- Ensure store compliance with company deadlines and process customer orders
- Conduct new starter inductions and reference checks, and manage payroll procedures and cash office procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience within a retail environment and a proven track record of leading by example and inspiring colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
