We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing store profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring costs are contained within targets and store profitability is maximized
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the retail management team to develop and implement store strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in retail management, with a strong focus on sales growth and customer engagement
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the retail industry
