About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Dee Set. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandise the Nutmeg clothing range to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and appealing store display.
  • Collaborate with the cosmetics, clip strips, and greetings cards teams to create engaging store displays.
  • Build and replenish display units, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
  • Utilize your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for work purposes.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
