About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team at Beach Baker, a leading Property Consultancy. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial property projects, working closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with a wide range of commercial property projects, including professional surveys and contract administration.
  • Work with prestigious clients, primarily pension funds and retail, investing in property, ensuring a busy pipeline for the future.
  • Participate in social activities, including an annual 2-day summer trip.
  • Benefit from flexible working arrangements, including work-from-home options and no timesheets.
  • Enjoy a friendly, non-corporate atmosphere with an open-door policy.
