Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor

Brandon James, a bespoke Surveying and Architectural Consultancy, is seeking a vibrant Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The Role

The successful Graduate Building Surveyor will work closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support a busy project portfolio across Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to develop their project experience within a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from 20k to 2m, involved in every aspect of the process including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration through to feasibility and handover.
  • Support a variety of projects, from initial client meetings to project completion.
  • Develop skills in Architecture and design, with an interest in creative problem-solving.
Requirements
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture or similar.
  • Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects.
  • An interest in Architecture / design is beneficial but not essential.
