Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor

Brandon James, a bespoke Surveying and Architectural Consultancy, is seeking a vibrant Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Bristol team.

The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to support a busy project portfolio across Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to develop their project experience within a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from £20,000 to £2 million, involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, and feasibility.
  • Work closely with the Senior Building Surveyor to support a busy project portfolio.
  • Develop project experience within a creative environment.
Requirements:
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects.
  • An interest in Architecture / design is beneficial but not essential.
