Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James Ltd.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy project portfolio across Bristol, working closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor.

As a Building Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to oversee bespoke private residential projects, ranging from £20k to £2m, involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, and feasibility and handover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor looking to develop their project experience within a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a busy project portfolio across Bristol
  • Work closely with an experienced Senior Building Surveyor
  • Oversee bespoke private residential projects
  • Involved in every aspect of the process, including client briefing meetings, drawings, design, specifications, contract administration, and feasibility and handover
Requirements
  • BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, Architecture or similar
  • Eager to get stuck into a variety of projects
  • An interest in Architecture / design is beneficial but not essential
