About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing and Ecommerce Executive to join our Marketing team at Arnold Clark Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our products across various ecommerce marketplaces, improving customer experience, and driving business growth through innovative marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an omni-channel digital marketing strategy to promote over 250,000 products across various ecommerce marketplaces, branches, and trade delivery networks.
  • Constantly improve customer experience to maximise conversion and retention through data-driven decision making.
  • Plan and execute a wide range of innovative marketing activities to drive business online and offline, including email campaigns, landing pages, and social media PPC campaigns.
  • Work closely with web designers to create engaging email campaigns and landing pages that get results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to report regularly on marketing activity and provide insights to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar, fast-paced ecommerce/digital environment.
  • Experience working on Shopify or similar ecommerce platform is essential.
  • Well-versed in creating direct marketing strategies, including designed, plain text, and automation.
  • Experience in both retail and B2B marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
