Primary School Support Staff Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to support children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD in a lovely primary school in Windsor.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with complex needs. Your role may include:

  • Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom
  • Helping children with their understanding of teacher instructions
  • Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1 or in small groups
  • Keeping track and recording pupil progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
