About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Windsor. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, as needed
  • Administer medication, if required
  • Support with meal preparation and cooking
  • Accompany individuals to medical appointments
  • Engage in social activities and support independent skills
  • Contribute to domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Maintain accurate records and update care plans as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with training and professional development
Requirements
  • Full UK/International driving license
  • Access to a vehicle, with mileage paid at 0.45p per mile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate
  • Literacy and numeracy in English
