Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in a newly established Supported Living home in Windsor. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Responsibilities:

  • Prompting personal care to clients, including assistance with good hygiene maintenance, bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements
  • Encouraging clients to take medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transportation needs, including driving when required
